Retired from Vertek Corporation after 23 years. As a Sr Business Analyst I provide consultation to facilitate the identification and optimization of telecommunications processes and serves as a thought leader in best practices and applied methodologies. I also lead projects on behalf of Vertek acting as the primary individual interfacing with the client. As a Senior Business Analyst I help customers analyze their current state, identify future scenarios based on business objectives and furnish a solution in order for them to achieve their business goals. As a Service Delivery Manager for Vertek Corporation for the past 20 years, I have had the unique opportunity to manage technical and provisioning teams that provide services for a variety of telecommunications companies to include: AT & T, CenturyLink (Qwest and Level3), Crown Castle (Lightower), Telstra, BT, Frontier and WOW. I have worked with teams domestically as well as globally that gives me the experience of understanding cultural challenges in the telecom industry. Through the years I have been at the forefront of managing staff deploying VPNs, MPLS and now SDN technologies as well as VoIP, DNS, and Firewall solutions. My experiences expose me to LAN and WAN technology leaders like Cisco, Juniper and Microsoft. Project Management has been a focus as I have to drive behavior of my staff as well as customers to complete complex dispersed geographic deployments. With Qwest PM Team project managed VoIP technology to hundreds of Supervalu stores and within the huge corporate campus of 3M.
