For 9 years, Dave was a Key Trainer and Kaizen Circle Leader for Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada, where he successfully led teams solving real-world problems, producing real-world measurable results. Today, Dave and his colleagues at Electrical Contacts Limited focus on improving customer satisfaction, delivering quality products, people development and creating a continuous improvement culture that will instil the desire in people to become better and strive for excellence.
