David L. Coppock is a seasoned Real Estate Broker with over 39 years of industry experience, specializing in residential, commercial, and business sales. Based in Estero, Florida, David currently manages over 300 agents at Premiere Plus Realty. He brings extensive knowledge, leadership, and coaching expertise to support agent success and company growth. David began his career after graduating from Florida State University and holds broker licenses in Florida, Texas, and Georgia. His past roles include Broker/Sales Manager at EXIT 1 Stop Realty, where he hired, trained, and retained more than 50 agents, as well as leadership positions with Coldwell Banker and ERA East Coast Properties. Notably, he directed the largest foreclosure acquisition, renovation, and resale operation in Orlando, handling over 200 homes annually. He also spent over a decade selling privately owned businesses on Florida’s Treasure Coast with Business Acquisitions, LLC. A Florida native, David is an avid golfer and loyal supporter of the Florida State Seminoles, Miami Dolphins, and Jacksonville Jaguars. He is actively involved in charitable events, including “Serving Up a Cure” in Jacksonville. David has been happily married to his wife, Karen, since 1985, and they have two sons, Connor and Spencer.
