In 2012, we brought the first mattress fundraiser to the Philadelphia area (under the CFS umbrella) – offering quality products at incredible prices, while raising thousands of dollars for our partner groups. Over the years, we've worked with dozens and dozens of schools in and around Philly – where we’ve sold and delivered thousands of mattresses and raised hundreds of thousands of dollars along the way! As the Owner/Operator of CFS Philadelphia, the goal was to build a customer-oriented team that could support 40 fundraisers a year – and in just 4 years, we were able to surpass that goal and build up to 60+ fundraisers annually. As a hands-on leader, I wanted to provide a great customer experience. So when I saw a need, I invented a product that greatly improved operational efficiency and I built a third-party partnership to manage logistics – with both ideas improving our customer service. Because of our success here in Philly, I’ve been asked many times to help other dealers across the US with business startup functions and process/fulfillment improvements. Here is some information about me: I am known by my peers as an innovative leader with a wealth of ideas to improve the business – someone who collaborates and facilitates communication among the dealers and across the teams to enhance growth and ensure success for the company and the client. Started a business/dealership in partnership with a large retailer. Built a loyal, high-performing team that delivers results far beyond other dealers. Coached/mentored colleagues in operational methods to improve their franchise. Deliver superior customer service that generates a high-degree of repeat business. Grew the business 50% beyond expectations in just 4 years.
