Change Lead (Change Expert) for ING Global Analytics unit who 1) acts as the linking pin between the Data Analytics Platform organization and the strategic consumers making use of the platform 2) drive strategic change (DAP Next) at the platform. DAP Next is a collection of platforms that aim to provide end-to-end analytics to ING employees in a secure, unified, seamless and user-friendly manner. The Data Analytics Platforms are used across all ING entities globally; including both On-premise and cloud scalable solutions for exploration, model development, scheduling and execution, data visualization, BI and reporting. I supported clients in executing engagements (3-5 FTE) and providing consulting services for a broad range of IT/business challenges and areas of expertise. I graduated cum laude from Delft University of Technology with a Bachelor and Master of Science in Systems, Engineering, Policy Analysis & Management. Completed a Minor in Technical Business Administration. Specialized in IT and IT infrastructures.
