Notable Transactions: Dave's recent transactions include the sale of a 4 acre parcel located on Aero Drive in Kearny Mesa for $20 million plus to Sares-Regis for the development of "The Aero" a fully entitled 434 unit luxury apartment project located on Aero Drive in Kearny Mesa. Dave also recently assembled a three parcel 7 acre project in Poway on Poway Road for the development of a 212 unit mixed-use project. The land was valued at $28 million plus. Dave represented Fairfield Residential in the transaction. Dave was the only broker involved in the assemblage of over 350 acres near Santee Lakes for Pardee Homes 420 lot subdivision known as Weston, which is now fully sold out with total sales exceeding $300 million. Dave sold a 10 acre parcel in La Mesa for a 200 Multi-family unit development at a land value of $9.3 million. Assembled land for the Costco Power Center in La Mesa at a land value of $18 million. Dave represented The Irvine Company in the purchase of the Uni High School for a transaction value of $50 million. The site was developed into Carmel Ridge, a 533 unit luxury apartment project with an approx. value of $250 million. Dave represented Westcore Industrial in the sale of the 6.97 acre industrial property located in Garden Grove for Rexford Industrial was the Buyer of the property. Dave sold the parcel located at 929 W. Grape Street in Little Italy twice within a 12 month period. Sale represented on the highest per ft. sales for land in San Diego County at $950/Ft. Dave represented the Seller in the transaction. Buyer has plans for a 50 unit luxury condo project. Total value of the two sales were $20 million plus.
