About Dave Eichler

Strategic financial executive with over twenty years as Chief Financial Officer with various emerging, high-growth, pre-IPO and public high technology companies in Silicon Valley including; Marvell Technology, Hyundai Electronics, Catalyst Semiconductor, Alliance Semiconductor, Adobe, Tandem Computers and Syntex Corporation. Broad operational experience including; accounting, financings, restructuring, M&A transactions, strategic planning, public company reporting and governance as well as extensive international operations. I've also had experience serving as a Board member for three private companies. Industry expertise includes; software, networking, semiconductors, hardware and bio/pharma enterprises ranging from start-up to multi-billion dollars in annual revenues. Summary Level Accomplishments:*Raised over $600 million in various public and private debt and equity financings including an IPO and secured over $1 billion in bank credit lines.*M&A experience involving the acquisition and sale of four entities valued in excess of $1 billion.*Extensive experience in US GAAP accounting and technical expertise including; software revenue recognition, SEC filings, audits, Sarbanes Oxley compliance, tax planning and compliance and investor relations.*Senior finance executive positions with positions with various multi-billion revenue, multinational companies including; Adobe Systems, Tandem Computers (HP) and Syntex (Roche)Corporation. Public accounting training with Arthur Andersen & Co.* MBA in Finance from the University of California at Los Angeles. As a retired high tech CFO, I am also interested in serving as a Board Member and financial advisor with public and private for profit and non-profit organizations.
