Highly experienced Digital, eCommerce and Omnichannel leader. My experience is gained from a career which started in the competitive ‘Bricks and Mortar’ world of High Street Retail. Having been the Store Manager of the flagship HMV music retailer in Oxford Circus at the height of their presence on the British retail scene, all the way to setting strategy and implementing innovative Ecommerce solutions from the UK into International markets for Clarks shoes. I’m a versatile Digital Leader, with a passion for developing digital teams comprising of amazing individual talent and nurturing them to lead in their field of expertise and beyond. A keen interest in innovation has led me to be involved with a range of multichannel technology project strategies and implementations. Projects have been executed both in the UK and internationally. With a passion for numbers and data, the responsibility to own the P&L and significantly grow the omnichannel trading figures means that my influence over Board Level decision making has been key. The strategy around customer engagement and satisfaction across the omnichannel spectrum is my ultimate driving factor. As the adoption of agile teams and technology are paramount - my ability to help steer senior management through cutting edge digital transformation initiatives will result in these brands striving ahead of their competition.
