All my life, I’ve been drawn to the challenges — and rewards — of entrepreneurship. At 16, I started my first company insulating homes in my neighborhood, and I’ve been building ever since: companies, teams, and now, custom homes. After earning my CPA and rising to partner at a regional accounting firm, I co-founded CSC Entity Services Group, starting in a spare bedroom and growing it into an industry leader competing with major financial institutions in Delaware. Later, I helped launch a family office services firm and played a key role in the formation of a specialty trust company, both of which continue to thrive today. Each venture taught me the same enduring lesson: you’re only as good as the people around you. I’ve made it my mission to create environments where motivated, talented professionals can flourish — where trust, collaboration, and accountability drive exceptional results. Today, as the CEO of Turnstone Custom Homes, I’ve returned to the work I love most: creating something tangible and lasting. Our homes are a reflection of everything I’ve learned — the value of precision, the importance of relationships, and the fulfillment that comes from exceeding expectations. What I value above all is integrity. I’ve learned that a good deal with the wrong people is a bad deal, and I’ve built my reputation on honesty, fairness, and doing what’s right — even when it’s not the easy choice. I may have thought I’d be taking it easier by now, but the truth is, building — businesses, homes, and teams — is what I was meant to do.
