Finance: ensures compliance with financial policies and procedures; understands the relationship between decision-making and profitability. Safety: ensures day-to-day management and driver activities are in line with the safety strategy; provides staff with training, feedback and direction to ensure safe performance. Customer Service: ensures the customer knows that we are committed to helping them meet their objectives; drives business development to increase accounts.
