About Dave Finlay

My name is Dave Finlay and I have been a professional fitness coach for over 20 years. I graduated from an excellent BSc. Phys Ed program at St. Francis Xavier university and began my career as a high school PE teacher. Although I loved my time as a teacher, my competitive personality and entrepreneurial drive led me to enter the private sector and start my own business. Together with my business partner, we've now opened 4 successful gyms and we've coached thousands of athletes achieve their fitness goals from extreme weight loss to injury rehab to professional sports. As business owners we've turned our attention to coaching coaches and business owners. Now we use our experience and our systems to help gym owners continue to do what they love by improving processes, increasing value and growing revenue.
