Currently leading the Platforms and Infrastructure function within a complex data-heavy government agency, I bring a strategic lens to service delivery, combining technical expertise with strong stakeholder management to ensure the successful delivery of multi-million dollar projects and services. With experience on both the vendor and customer sides, I offer an end-to-end view of IT operations, spanning service management, delivery, and optimisation. I’ve worked across a range of methodologies and frameworks including ITIL, DevOps, and Scaled Agile, enabling me to adapt to complex and fast-evolving environments. Beyond the technical, I’m a certified coach and human-centred leader, known for building trusted relationships and designing initiatives that drive meaningful organisational impact.
