I am a hard-working, motivated leadership professional with an eye for critically examining processes in order to maximize efficiency. I enjoy breaking down complex systems into their smallest parts and building them up again in more efficient ways. I excel in situations that require me to employ my critical thinking skills in order to create something new or improve upon an already existing program. Thanks to my experience in HR, I also enjoy connecting with co-workers, training and mentoring new hires, and providing the sort of motivational leadership that makes projects run smoothly. My co-workers know me as a friendly and positive peer. I strive to build strong business relationships both within the company and in the field. While my experience lies primarily in operations management and inventory control positions, I am open to trying new things, and I believe that my skills transfer well into a wide range of different projects.
