In my capacity as GiveStar's Chief Operating Officer, I oversee a diverse range of responsibilities, including the management of company operations, the development and implementation of systems, and the integration of new technologies to improve customer engagement and support. Since joining the company at its inception, I have been able to draw upon the expertise I have gained throughout my career to ensure that we remain aligned with our founders' vision. During my previous tenure at HTEC Ltd and The ai Corporation, I had the privilege of working with esteemed clients such as Global Payments, Barclays, ASDA, Morrisons, and Exxon. I found my work at both firms to be personally rewarding, as it allowed me to combine my strong business acumen with my creative abilities and talent for forging meaningful relationships with key stakeholders. As a technically-oriented individual, I possess a deep understanding of system implementation and am skilled in effecting changes that enhance client experience and drive improved business outcomes. My proficiency in analyzing and developing innovative business development solutions has helped to promote products and increase profits on a global scale.
