My focus is to take care of my clients better than anyone else. My persistent goal is providing unconditional value for each person I serve. I do what I love so that first time clients, past clients and savvy investors equally benefit from my commitment to long term personal service. When I began my real estate practice, I had a simple interest. Build long lasting business relationships with every client I serve. Relationships matter. The result is a committed, diverse real estate background that benefits you. I'm well versed with residential, multi-family, mixed use commercial development and tenant occupied properties. I've liquidated client's portfolios while managing the closing of concurrent 1031 tax exchanges. It's nice to be accomplished, but that's not what fuels my real estate practice. I work collaboratively with local Real Estate attorneys, Estate Planning and Family Law attorneys. The professional trust and certainty I've developed with clients and business partners is what I value most. Personally, I was born and raised in the San Jose/Silicon Valley area and I’m an alumni of San Jose State University. I enjoy an active, healthy life style as an avid runner, cyclist and competitive tennis player. I enjoy reading, meditating and taking long walks. When I’m not doing any of that, I dedicate time to my daughters. They are my most valued asset.
