When I began my career at Ohio Mutual over 25 years ago the company was just shy of $100 million in direct written premium and writing only in our home state. Today we are approaching $500 million and writing in eight states. With growth has come tremendous change.As the company has evolved I’ve had many functions: programmer, data warehouse architect, and many duties within product management. I’ve played roles in pricing, enterprise risk management, reinsurance analysis, procurement, compliance, quality assurance, and competitive intelligence.I’m honored to have led people during one of the greatest time periods in this organization’s history.
