I have 20+ years experience in IT and IT Management. I have a broad skillset that varies from IT through Facilities and Safety Management. I have partnered with Trex building products to remove lbs of plastic film from the landfill. I have lead numerous projects from very small to very large CAPEX factory additions and expansions. I am will versed in hazardous waste handling and NDES permitting. I have along with others successfully implemented a very successful ISO 14001 program. I have been an internal 14001 auditor for 4 years. I have been heavily involved in chemical inventory and tracking. My department in partnership with Natural Evolution recycled approximately lbs. of e-waste per quarter. I have lead IS network conversions, VOIP transitions, physical hardware to virtual transitions and HVAC upgrades for data rooms. I reduced yearly application costs by partnering with sister sites to leverage volume discounts. It was not uncommon for me to research software and solutions for sites that were not my own. As a Facility Manager I have been in charge of multiple sites. I was responsible for leases, and ensuring that framework PO;s covered the utilities and sundry expenses. I have opened sites with 0 notice and closed sites with very little notice. Opening sites meant negotiating leases, setting up vendors, provisioning IT service when corporate assets took a year to be provisioned. As a manager my role is to remove obstacles and provide tools for my teams. If I reach an obstacle I will remove it. If I cannot I will go over under or around but will accomplish the mission.
