Assistant Director of Community Development | Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM)| Registered Building Code Official (BCO)| Public Administration Graduate Student I am an experienced community development professional currently serving as the Assistant Director of Community Development in Derry Township, where I have had the privilege of contributing to local growth and sustainability since 2019. In my role, I oversee all zoning permits and facilitate critical boards, including the Zoning Hearing Board and the Downtown Core Design Board, ensuring responsible development that aligns with the needs and vision of our community. As a Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) and a Registered Building Code Official (BCO) in Pennsylvania, I am committed to maintaining safety, compliance, and environmental integrity in all projects. I also provide valuable support for subdivision and land development plans, as well as conditional use requests, playing a key role in shaping the future of Derry Township. In 2024, I was part of the leadership team that successfully negotiated two new union contracts, further reinforcing my dedication to effective governance, labor relations, and collaboration within our municipality. I am currently pursuing my Master’s in Public Administration with a focus on Government Finance and Human Resources, further deepening my expertise in public service management. I am passionate about fostering growth, ensuring sustainability, and contributing to a thriving community through effective leadership and strategic decision-making.
