About Dave Henson

Is change pulling your organisation off course? Have you lost clarity, resilience, and strategy? I work with leaders, boards, and organisations to restore focus, build resilience, and create governance systems that support sustainable growth. My goal is simple: to equip leaders to lead with confidence through complexity and change. I do this through: • Coaching – helping leaders strengthen resilience, sharpen decision-making, and unite teams around a shared mission. • Consultancy & Advisory – supporting business leaders, education providers, entrepreneurs, and charities to design strategy, secure partnerships, and build effective governance. • Board & Trustee Leadership – equipping trustees and boards to strengthen compliance, accountability, and organisational resilience. Behind this work are two decades of leadership experience. I have led the turnaround of an international education provider, building partnerships with 80+ UK universities, achieving sector accreditations, and securing international investment. My MBA (Distinction, Top Graduate Award) focused on leadership resilience in times of global uncertainty, giving me both academic insight and practical tools to help others thrive. If change is testing your organisation, I’d be thrilled to explore how I can help you regain clarity, resilience, and strategy. Reach Out: I welcome opportunities for coaching, advisory, or board roles — especially in education, SMEs, start-ups, and not-for-profits. Connect on LinkedIn or email hensonsru@icloud.com.
