33 Years in Banking and Finance 25 Years in Premium Finance 8 years in Internal Audit, Compliance & Risk Management B.A, Administration – Indiana University of Pennsylvania CPA – Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Provide leadership to the areas responsible for loan boarding, servicing and collections for our Premium Finance businesses which currently operate in the United States and Canada. This includes operations centers located in Chicago, Kansas City, Florence, SC, Toronto and Montreal which service over $12 billion dollars in annual loan originations. My career in banking and finance began in 1990, when I joined Mellon Financial Corporation’s Audit & Risk Review Department. I subsequently held several positions at Mellon Financial Corporation, including Senior Project Manager, Compliance Manager and Assistant Vice President, with responsibility for conducting audits of various domestic and international subsidiaries. Additionally, as part of the start up of their Internal Audit Services Practice, I was employed as an Audit Manager with Ernst & Young LLP handling the planning and execution of internal audit reviews. I earned my Certified Public Accountant’s License from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1994.
