Shortly after his graduation from ACAD (now Alberta University of the Arts), Dave opened his own design firm – Hill, Miller & Hutchins Communications – specializing in corporate image development, advertising and marketing for a diverse roster of clients. Soon they were attracting more real estate builders and developers. Dave was intrigued and he began focusing his energy on the real estate industry.With a solid understanding of the real estate process, he acquired his Mortgage Broker license and joined Westcor Mortgage where he gained knowledge and experience in all aspects of financing.
