A committed Educator with extensive Print Production/Graphics experience who aids organizations in quantifying and systemizing training needs by providing easy-to-understand training courses and reference materials."How can we work together?" That's what I want to know. Technical training, Change Management and Instructional Design are my stock in trade, with a knack for leveraging the ideas of BAs & their Belts with the OCM to help me write instructions, design easy-to-follow coursework/presentations, and manage diverse content backed by web-accessible SharePoints/LMS systems distinguishing myself from other Trainers. This because I am assuming the rest have a "can learn/can do" attitude when faced with any application, and the ability to break down the moving parts into easily digestible chunks like I do. Formerly a Production Artist, Graphic Designer, Art Director and Production Manager for a wide variety of advertising, production and printing companies, I've honed my software skills to put them to use as a CompTIA CTT+ Certified Technical Trainer. Particularly interested in integration, cross-platform content/page building/web design, ERPs, and Data sharing. Interested in; building a better mousetrap or streamlining workflows to reduce time/stress involved in transition from Creative thru Production. I enjoy and am more productive working in a team environment with like-minded colleagues. Trained for, proficient in and have trained others in: Adobe Creative Suite (past ACE in InDesign CS6 & Acrobat,) SAP, LAGO, DPS, Dreamweaver, WordPress, Adobe Captivate, QuarkXpress, Office 365 ( & online portal,) SharePoint Designer, WebEx/Training Center, Maestro LMS, and a host of other acronyms (like CSS,) support applications and automated page-building platforms.
