I have a strong background in customer service founded on 6 years of serving over 1 million guests per year as a Ride Operator and later Team Leader during which time, I learned supervisory skills, time management skills, and emergency situation management skills, and as always a keen eye and attention to safety. Over 4 Years of Service with CSX as a Freight Conductor, Remote Control Operator, and Yardmaster I added to my supervisory skills and developed a strong background in safety, working well under pressure, and managing an ever-changing workload. Following the downturn in the railroad industry, looking to broaden my skill set, I re positioned my logistics career to trucking, working my way into various Management roles including General Manager and General Manager, Ohio. In 2022 I fulfilled my dream of starting my own business using my diverse customer service skills and the ability to adapt and learn honed over many years of field experience coupled with a world-class Social Advertising mentorship program to connect clients with the untapped potential customer base that can be found through digital marketing.
