Dave Horacek joined Bradley Company in 2019 as a Broker in the Fort Wayne market. In his role, Dave utilizes his experience to best serve clients with forward-looking information that allow for well-informed decisions.Prior to joining Bradley Company, Dave served as Director of Complex Corrections and Escalation management for Lincoln Financial Group. During his 10 years at Lincoln he led several teams within both Individual Annuity Operations and employer Retirement Plan Services, which includes the Customer Contact Center and Sales Delivery-New Business. In these roles he focused on enhancing the internal and external customer experience while working on process improvements to gain efficiencies and mitigate overall transactional risk. As part of the Bradley Company team, Dave has gained respect from his industry peers through active listening, market knowledge, and exemplifying strong communication skills. As a Landlord and Tenant rep he has built a bond with his clients utilizing problem solving, decision making, and negotiation prowess.
