Insurance Experience Dave has been a licensed property-casualty insurance agent since 1969 and CPCU for 30+ years. He was an underwriter for major carrier [Auto-Owners] and a Retail Agency Producer for several years focusing on several million dollar premium accounts. Dave wrote manual to help agents sell P&C by illustrating all coverages and taught insurance classes at Michigan State University. While working for an MGA, Dave was responsible for purchase of: • Management System • Rating System • Policy Issuance System and designed electronic bridges between them all Dave’s experience in insurance includes: • Created captives in Bermuda • Been to London to sell programs to Lloyd’s syndicates • Worked with Risk Retention Groups and Risk Purchasing Groups • Smallest policies to largest (including multi-million dollar deductibles) • Paid loss retros and incurred loss retros Dave sold his insurance book in 2007 and has been exclusively in the software business since then. Software Experience Dave’s software career began nearly 14 years ago working with developers to build a Book Rollover tool for a major insurance carrier, eliminating the need to re-enter data. Agency Force Services was formed in 2001 and specialized in book-rollovers for St. Paul and CAN used over 150 times. Capital Risk Management Corp originally owned the company which was formed in 1985. ADTS Services (ADTS) was formed in 2007 and purchased all intellectual property (source code, contracts) from Agency Force in June 2007. ADTS Services (ADTS) and Insurance Technology Corporation (“ITC”-Carrollton, TX) formed Pre-Fill Technologies (“PFT”) in May, 2009 and PFT acquired all IP and contracts of ADTS at the same time. ITC sold their 49% interest in PFT in July 2011 back to ADTS in January, 2012.
