Ive worked for many years in the customer service/sales industry and if nothing else, Ive learned that no 2 situations are exactly the same. I take great pride and pleasure in helping folks through that journey of concern, identifying the problem, Offering solutions, deciding which best fits and then finally action and satisfaction. Most of my education has been self taught through life experiences and I feel Ive benefited much more from that. Its why I had the strength up and leave my entire extended family in New York to experience the state of California for 17 years. After gaining much experience, personally and professionally, I have returned home to New York with my wife and kids. Its been a fun and crazy ride. Always positive.I keep moving forward and I truly hope to someday to find myself in more of a leadership type of role where I can help expand the thought process of other individuals and help build a successful team.
