My journey into account management and leadership began over a decade ago, driven by a passion for fostering a winning culture and helping teams reach their full potential. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of scaling and leading high-performing teams, driving significant revenue growth, and achieving exceptional client results. During my most recent role as Senior Director of Retail Account Management at Lightspeed Commerce, I led a team of 40+ professionals across three retail POS platforms. Together, we achieved global leadership in revenue generation, consistently exceeded annual sales targets, and maintained a sub-2% churn rate for flagship products. Additionally, my work has been recognized with six Presidents Club Awards, and I’ve played a pivotal role in two successful IPOs (TSX and NYSE). People often ask what drives me, and the answer is simple: building relationships and investing in people. I firmly believe that aligning client needs with company goals and empowering teams to perform at their best is the foundation of long-term success. When I’m not in the office, you can find me perfecting my swing on the golf course, cheering at a hockey game, enjoying live music, or spending quality time with my loved one.
