With nearly 30 years in the mortgage industry and over $1 billion in funded loans, I lead Team Kammerer at Summit Funding with a clear mission: make the home financing process approachable, respectful, and fast, without sacrificing personal connection. I began my career in mortgage banking in 1995, eventually launching my own brokerage and navigating clients through some of the toughest years in real estate. When the 2008 mortgage crisis hit, I made the decision to join Summit Funding, drawn by their ability to process, underwrite, and fund loans entirely in-house, giving my clients more control, speed, and peace of mind. Whether it’s a first-time homebuyer, a VA client, or someone with less-than-perfect credit, we meet each client where they are and help them get to where they want to be. With a team-first approach and a reputation for clear, responsive communication, we work alongside realtors and referral partners to keep deals on track and clients confident.
