About Dave Keane

Dave is a Project and Construction Manager with over 18 years’ experience in the road and heavy rail industries. Dave has supported the design, development and delivery of complex and challenging projects for clients in Australia and Europe. This has afforded invaluable experience across all facets of civil, structural, track, electrical and signalling systems. Scope delivered includes earthworks, bridge and road pavement works for new build highways and existing road junction upgrades, as well as brownfield rail works; civil and combined service routes, track drainage systems, overhead traction infrastructure, live substation renovations and new builds, and decommissioned systems removals. Dave’s previous role as Construction Manager involved development of Target Cost submissions, project schedules, construction methodologies and staging, as well overseeing the delivery of the construction activities, key stakeholder management and asset handovers. Projects delivered include: M3 Motorway (Ireland), Glenfield Junction, North Strathfield Rail Underpass, LGCUP Auburn Junction, Westmead to Granville Signal Upgrade Project, PSU Overhead Wiring and Substations. Dave has supported the bid teams for Sydney Metro City & Southwest projects in the roles of Interface Manager, Project Manager and Constructability advisor. Bids include Macquarie Groups Martin Place Metro Station Unsolicited Proposal, Line-Wide works package, and the Southwest Metro Design Services. He has also provided construction staging and advice while seconded to the Design teams for the New Intercity Fleet (NIF) works at Gosford Area Remodelling and Mount Victoria Area Remodelling
