About Dave Kent

I have been in the mortgage business for 16 years and have spent many of those years continuing to study and refine my skills to stay on top of this constantly evolving industry. Having worked both on the direct and broker side of lending, I find that I prefer the personalized atmosphere of a direct that focuses mainly on the customer experience and connecting with people. With wide range of experience in all aspects of the industry including conventional, construction and government, I have cultivated and developed a niche within the VA loan market. I have a deep appreciation and respect for those who sacrifice so much for their country and love to help our veterans develop and shape their financial future by securing the best loan on their #1 asset-their home. When I'm not constantly monitoring the bond market for rate trends or working hard for my clients, I love spending time with my wife and three young boys. Our adventures usually include biking and hiking in the outdoors or catching the newest action flick in theaters, but we never miss our annual trek to Disneyland each year for one magical week. The Kent family loves basketball and likes to think we are raising the next three NBA superstars.
