In my current role as an Academic Director & Advisor, I guide ESL students through academic planning, career goals, and personal development, improving student retention and satisfaction. Previously, I led teams as a Branch Manager and Mortgage Consultant, delivering award-winning customer service, building client trust, and achieving record sales milestones. What drives me across every role is the same: a passion for engaging, advising, and supporting people so they can reach their goals.
