About Dave Kippen

My true passion is to help create workplaces where people LOVE to work. I have been blessed to do this in a wide variety of positions at all levels of the organization. My management, leadership, and practitioner experience include both operations and transactional processes. Since 2008 I have been fortunate to lead companies through Continuous Improvement transformations of many flavors. I am an experienced Practitioner in the Milliken Performance Excellence System, an all encompassing improvement system. I have blood sweat and tears in leading Lean Manufacturing culture change wherever I have worked. Promotion of TPS values, culture shift and daily Kaizen philosophies is at the core of what I enjoy. Developing people, from the line worker to senior management is the key to continued business success! This has shaped my thinking and sets me apart as leader. My personal Mindfulness journey has helped me share and teach a different perspective and skill that is not often related to the high-pressure business scene to improve the lives of ourselves and everyone we come in contact with.
