Along with SEO and SEM knowledge, I am a WCAG Accessibility Consultant. I am able to carry out website audits to help a company adhere to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (to be WCAG Compliant - Accessibility for Disabilities using websites) to avoid any lawsuits that can adversely affect a company’s online presence. With digital currently at the heart of what I do, I have spent almost 3 decades working in customer service related roles whilst building administrative, business development and digital skills and knowledge respectively. I have worked in the care industry, property sector, fashion and digital marketing space. I have an immense passion for digital marketing and digital content creation, which includes producing SEO driven and engaging audiovisual content and creative copy for websites, blogs and various social media platforms. I have created podcast intros and outros, as well. This is all achieved through the plethora of digital tools at my disposal. These include various DAWs (Logic Pro, Digital Performer, Cubasis (iOS) etc.) Proficient with using Wordpress and Shopify to build various styles and types of responsive and secure websites with loading efficiency, I have amassed over 8 years of experience and comfortably know my way around a website’s hosting cPanel. I enjoy helping my colleagues, the community and assisting with effective outcomes through various digital related roles. I also enjoy working with people and creating meaningful connections that promote awareness, growth and prosperity both at work and in my personal life.
