Now I'm back doing what I'm passionate about - helping others be effective by returning to my roots as a trainer. Trainer - Successfully delivered a wide range of training programs, achieving high reviews (95+% Met or Exceeded) for delivery and impact of content, resulting in a strong base of repeat and referral clients. Training team management - Managed team through post-integration challenges while simultaneously launching new programs. I've customized content and delivery in order to provide tailored training for a national sales force with sales training seminars, product and sales training programs and online learning management systems. I work cross-functionally to ensure that product, sales and operations are all supported by training and that training content and efforts are reinforced on a regular basis by front-line managers. I have the attitude, aptitude and ability to ensure that training programs are created, delivered, measured and adjusted to achieve maximum success from both team s and individuals.
