I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with practical experience building and operating Project Management Offices primarily supporting Information Technology. I have extensive project management experience in manufacturing, healthcare, and consulting settings. I rely upon proven abilities to analyze, solve problems, and improve business processes to increase effectiveness, productivity, and real-time access to information. I am an effective leader, facilitator, and communicator who builds strong team and interpersonal relationships through addressing business needs from the user’s perspective. I am a firm believer in giving back to my community through volunteering, and have worked extensively (in a volunteer capacity) with the Junior Chamber of Commerce (Jaycees) at local, state, and national levels; Junior Achievement; the Leadership Racine program; Harbor Fest, Inc; and the Racine Zoological Society.
