The rate and unprecedented complexity of change caused by legislative and regulatory action, generational and workforce trends, health insurance costs, health and safety concerns in the workplace etc, requires a serious response from business leaders. As such, I have the great opportunity to work with business leaders and professionals that are incredibly knowledgeable and experts in their field. These leaders are also VERY SERIOUS about SUCCESS. Unfortunately traditional insurance brokers and consultants, because they do not address the human and organization aspects of change into their work, never achieve the lasting organizational change these leaders seek.
