Building on my specialized education and experience in health, safety and environment (HSE) disciplines, I have over 10 years of HSE experience, ranging from consulting field work to onsite senior leadership. Incorporating Team concepts to continuously improve HSE systems and processes has facilitated my success in meeting business goals. I have consistently contributed to HSE performance improvement by creating and leading teams of diverse HSE technical experts in collaborative work with key business personnel at all levels. Building strong relationships with contractors and business leaders has been a key focus to enabling a successful and mutually beneficial partnership that fosters a positive safety culture.
