I stared out in fine arts using a brush, acrylics and an empty canvas, and quickly learned that it is not so much about what we see and hear that defines our art, but about how it makes us feel. I've long traded in those tools for the brushes of Adobe Creative Suite, the colors captured through a digital camera, and the canvas of a 4K monitor, but the promise of creating something that will touch another heart and soul in a meaningful way is just as thrilling today as it was then.
