Responsible for leading and implementing business unit’s data and analytics strategy to guide decision making, promote vendor accountability, and support strategic initiatives. I have worked in partnership with providers, provider groups, external vendors, EPIC EHR, Inovlan, certification associations (NCQA), Net Promoter Score (NICE) and CMS. I have been in Healthcare for the past 10 years working and managing commercial Population Health Care accounts nationwide, Medicare and Medicaid, Hedis and Stars reporting for payer and providers at Cigna. Experience in data management, analytics and process design at Veritage and Blue Cross Blue Shield in Arizona. At Blue Cross of Arizona I worked as a Government Translator which functioned as an important part of managing and promoting business stakeholder interests to match Tech resources. I have working knowledge of Tableau and Power BI, data base design, governance and SQL (Sql Server, Oracle, Terradata) and familiarity with SAS. I have also worked closely with C-Suite, CMO (chief medical officer), pharmacy, finance, actuarial, patient outreach and strategy in producing actionable insights and future planning.
