I have held several senior HR roles in Tesco, Diageo & ICON plc and am currently Head of People & Organisational Development with Aerogen based in Galway. I am an engaging, commercially focused HR leader with experience in Regional, International, HQ and Global HR roles. I have demonstrated strong strategic, commercial and HR thinking throughout my career and worked as a close partner and trusted advisor to Senior & Executive Leaders. I have strong communication and coaching skills with proven experience in building teams and developing leaders in all areas of the business. Strong experience in delivering organisational leadership and cultural development programmes, managing talent and succession plans, HR system (Workday) implementation and leading large-scale organisational change.
