My career has been devoted to Operations and Sales, with over 30 years of experience in the garage door, fence/gate, security and access control industries. I have experience as a dealer, as a distributor, and as a manufacturer. Recently I have redirected my career into a long time interest, taxes! I am currently an Operations Administrative Assistant in the Lancaster PA area, having moved away from managing two H&R Block offices, in Lititz and Manheim Pennsylvania. Still essentially Operations and Sales, just a different industry. Over 35 years experience in management, sales and operations: • Managing partner, JD Access Associates, a manufacturers rep agency • President at Penn Door & Access, a retail garage door installation company • Vice President at Allstar Corp, a manufacturer of door and gate openers • President at Edwards Power Door, a manufacturer of commercial openers I have also, since 2009, held a National Insurance Producers license as well as a Pennsylvania Insurance Producers license for Life, Health and Annuities. I am able to help people with Medicare supplement plans, advantage plans and prescription drug plans, and recently with the PPACA exploding on the scene I have been assisting more people with Under 65 plans.
