As VP and General Manager at Southern Fasteners, I lead and oversee our organization which includes our headquarters in Winston - Salem, NC, branch locations throughout the US, the sales and service technician team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service and sales performance. I have been working in the business supplies and equipment industry for over 30 years, developing a strong expertise in strategic planning, customer service, and business operations. My mission is to drive growth, profitability, and customer loyalty for Southern Fasteners, by collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing best practices, and optimizing processes and systems. I am also passionate about developing and empowering my team of department leader/ branch managers and associates, providing them with coaching, training, and feedback. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from Kean University, where I learned the foundations of business leadership and management.
