I concentrate on controllables: growing retail business and keeping your team highly satisfied, which results in happy customers and ultimately: strong retention. I am process driven, approaching our business from a regimented, focused and organized point of view. I enjoy analyzing financials and finding the quickest ways to increase performance and in turn revenue. Plan ahead - what we do today will more likely affect what happens 90-120 days (or more) from now rather than what happens this week. Keeping your team enjoying what they do and having fun is so important. Keeping an open dialogue with your people helps everyone feel that they are a part of the processes we carry forth and the successes we share.
