I sit at the intersection of enterprise technology, organizational change, and business strategy - helping companies move from AI experimentation to AI execution that drives real, measurable outcomes.As Head of Digital Innovation at Knauf Insulation North America, I lead the enterprise AI and digital transformation portfolio for a global building materials manufacturer operating across 40+ countries. This includes ownership of agentic AI strategy and deployment - most recently leading the implementation of Salesforce Agentforce, managing every stage from vendor evaluation and governance framework design to cross-functional change management and phased organizational rollout.What sets me apart from pure technologists is that I understand the human side of adoption. I've spent my career translating complex technical capabilities into business cases that earn executive alignment, budget approval, and genuine organizational buy-in. AI doesn't fail because the technology doesn't work. It fails because people don't trust it, can't use it, or don't understand why it matters. Closing that gap is where I operate.My background gives me an unusual range. I began my career as a software engineer - which means I can read a tech stack, interrogate a vendor's architecture, and spot the difference between a real capability and a demo. I moved into marketing strategy and digital leadership, which means I understand customer behavior, revenue attribution, and what it takes to build business cases that land at the C-suite level.
