Collaborative, strategic and resourceful, I use my deep knowledge of facility performance solutions to uncover operating efficiencies and ecost savings for healthcare, education and government organizations.I’ve had an exciting career as an officer and pilot in the U.S. Air Force, the director of facilities management for the State of Missouri, an energy product manager, a business development director at a major controls company and a senior facilities management consultant – the highlight of my current role with Performance Solutions, a division of BCS, is drawing on all my expertise to create and generate results. Through our innovative facility optimization program, I helped our clients save millions of dollars.I actually started out in facilities management as a customer. This gives me a unique perspective into the needs of our clients. I work collaboratively with our customers and the internal teams to determine ways to operate a building or campus more efficiently. I specialize in leveraging facilities management technologies to make knowledge-based decision-making a reality for our customers. I’m focused on providing the key metrics that demonstrate real-time results.It’s not just helping healthcare organizations, higher education and K12 institutions, government agencies, and commercial and retail businesses save money that makes this job so satisfying. It’s what Performance Solutions clients can then DO with that money. The savings we help them create through more efficient facilities operations and budget predictability enable our clients to help the community by funding more projects.I know I’ve done a great job when my client’s facilities budget becomes more predictable and when they can use the savings to plan more capital projects.
