I’m Dave, and I grew up in a household with both Polish and Mexican roots, which has shaped my perspective on work and life. This multicultural upbringing has given me a unique ability to navigate diverse environments and understand the value of different perspectives. With over 7 years of experience in business development, consulting, and client relationship management, I’ve had the privilege of working across various industries, including medical devices, IT services, international sales, and medical marketing. Throughout my career, I’ve focused on building strong partnerships, driving business growth, and delivering tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of clients. As a former Strategic Account Executive in the Salesforce ecosystem, I collaborated with C-suite leaders to implement ITSM strategies, help close complex deals, and optimize organizational efficiency. This experience has deepened my expertise in enterprise sales and consultative selling, while also fostering my passion for leadership development and strategic consulting. To further enhance my skills, I pursued a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, where I explored topics like cultural competence, remote team dynamics and organizational behavior. One of my key projects focused on addressing darkside derailment in remote work, a challenge that involves disengagement and communication breakdowns in virtual teams.
