Second, Hospitality Resources has been conducting employee surveys since 1994. An employee survey, if done properly (which is a big if these days), is the most powerful single tool for improving organizational culture. I used surveys extensively in my 11 years as a VPHR and opened two non-union properties in heavily unionized cities (NYC and Las Vegas).
