I am a goal, success, and customer driven network analyst, specialist, and professional with 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Teamwork, knowledge, loyalty, and a positive and optimistic views are my key components in making sure that not only my goals are met, but my customer's and employer's goals are met and expectations are exceeded. My telecommunications industry experience started off with troubleshooting ADSL and dial-up Internet connections for 4 1/2 years, both as an entry-level service representative and as a tier 2 escalation point for the majority of my tenure at the support center. The basic knowledge obtained by performing support allowed me to further and enrich my knowledge in both ATM and IP networking on the service provider's network, then transitioning my knowledge to complex and advance logical network configurations between the service provider and the business and enterprise customer's network. I have extensive experience in performing configurations, script-free, on Cisco, Juniper, and Alcatel label-switching edge routers that include dynamic routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, etc.), class-based and low latency queuing QoS/CoS, IP/MPLS Layer 3 VPNs, VPLS, 802.1Q/MPLS Layer 2 VPN/VLS, Disaster Recovery Redundancy and Failover (HSRP and VRRP), IP SLA tracking, and configuring option 10a and 10b NNI links. I also have extensive experience in configuring and installing Cisco and Adtran IAD and CPE routers, and demarcation CPEs such as Hatteras Networks HN40x/50x TDM/Bonded Copper, Overture Networks ISG devices (TDM and Metro Ethernet), and Cisco ME series switches.
