About Dave Obrien

As the Head of Infrastructure and Facilities at UKBIC, I am responsible for delivering and maintaining over £250 million of assets and services to our customers. I have over three years of experience in this strategic leadership role, where I oversee the facilities management across the site, including technical and process plant services, security solutions, product and facilities cleaning, catering outlet, office management, and disaster recovery. I have a strong background in operations management, with certifications in strategic thinking, project management, and construction management. I also have credentials in building services, water management, health and safety, and hospitality and food service management. I am passionate about ensuring compliance, quality, and value for money in all aspects of my work. I am also committed to supporting the wellbeing and development of my team, as a first aider, a mental health first aider, and a qualified internal quality assessor and trainer.
