With over 22 years’ experience in sales, management, hospitality, and leadership within the FMCG Industry, I have learnt to anticipate and react to changing trends, adopt new ways of learning and drive growth outcomes in a highly competitive market. I have launched countless international premium, local craft, non alc, cider and RTD brands into the Australian Market over the past 22 years. I have full responsibility and accountability in managing P&L’s, trade marketing spends and NPD launch plan budgeting. I have a strong cross function ability to work with all departments, especially with supply chain on the S & OP process bringing market and internal data to ensure strong demand and stock availability to supply our customer channels. I understand how to enter brands into the market with an agile team and operate with an entrepreneurial spirit. I cultivate, nurture, and maintain long-term staff and customer relationships, I grow brand equity through seeding the right brands in the right place with most importantly the right people. I strongly believe that the success and foundations of any business is built around a fun but competitive working culture, which I believe is one of my strongest assets.
